At Apex Peptides, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and with the highest level of care. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all shipments are handled with strict packaging and dispatch standards.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide. If you require delivery outside of Australia, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–6 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier network and your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Packaging & Handling

All products are securely packaged in sealed vials and protective materials to maintain product integrity during transit.

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition, minimising exposure to environmental factors during shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure availability for delivery where required.

Delays & Carrier Issues

While we work with reliable courier partners, Apex Peptides is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider.

This includes delays caused by:

  • Courier network disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is supplied:

  • We may not be able to redirect the parcel once dispatched
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: apexpeptidesaus@gmail.com

Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can investigate and assist promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
