At Apex Peptides, we prioritise product quality, safety, and integrity. Due to the specialised nature of our research compounds, our returns policy is designed to maintain strict handling standards while remaining fair and transparent.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched. This is due to the sensitive nature of our products and the need to ensure all materials remain uncompromised for research use.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at apexpeptidesaus@gmail.com.

To assist with your claim, include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Quality Assurance

All products are carefully inspected and packaged prior to dispatch. Each item is supplied in sealed, controlled packaging to maintain consistency and prevent contamination.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, handled, or stored outside recommended conditions.

Return Eligibility

A return may be considered only if:

  • The item is incorrect or faulty
  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition
  • The request is made within the specified timeframe

Approved returns must be sent back as instructed. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once a return or claim has been assessed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
